Welcoming the new U.S. Consul General to Kraków

On September 30, over 120 members and friends of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kraków gathered at the Holiday Inn City Center Hotel to welcome the new US Consul General to Kraków, Mr. Allen S. Greenberg. Returning to Poland after 20 years, Mr. Greenberg opens a new chapter of Polish – American relations in the region and certainly a new chapter in the history of AmCham in Kraków.

While welcoming the new Consul General, we also had the chance to listen to Jerzy Miller in the role of the Governor of Małopolska. Shortly after the event, Mr. Miller was appointed the Minister of the Inferior.
Delicious dinner buffet with a mushroom theme together with spirit lifting drinks and friendly chats turned this gloomy autumn evening into a night to remember.

The event was generously sponsored by: BP, Lurgi, International Paper, Aldesa, RR Donnelley, Hewitt, Iron Mountain, UPS.
Thirst quenching drinks were provided by Browar Namysłów and Pepsi.
